Required products :

3 - 4 potatoes

200 grams of smoked chicken

1 onion

3 eggs

200 grams of canned corn (can be replaced with peas)

mayonnaise to taste

150 - 200 grams of melted cheese

a handful of nuts of your choice (can mix)

whole almonds for decoration

rosemary stalk (can green onion feathers)

 

Method of preparation :

Boil the eggs and potatoes, grate them in bulk, and cut the chicken into small cubes.

Finely chop the onion and scald it with boiling water, add a little vinegar.

Grate the melted cheese and mix it with the nuts.

Start to shape the salad in the form of cones, alternating the following layers, between which put mayonnaise: potatoes, chicken, onions, corn (peas), eggs, cheese with nuts.

Garnish with whole almonds and rosemary.
