Necessary products:

 

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon and a half sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 10 grams of baking powder
  • 200 grams of sifted flour
  • 1/4 tea cup sour cream
  • 1/4 tea cup of water
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon oil
  • 1/4 tea cup of cocoa powder
  • 100 grams of unsalted cream cheese
  • 80 grams of powdered sugar
  • 80 milliliters of whipping cream
  • 150 grams of crushed oreo biscuits

 

Method of preparation:

 

In a bowl, beat the eggs, add the sugar and beat with a mixer until creamy. Add the vanilla, cream, water, oil and salt. Stir once more and pour the flour mixed with the leavening agent. Mix and divide the mixture into two parts.

 

Add the cocoa to the second one and stir until it is completely colored.

 

Fill two syringes with the two mixtures and alternate colors on a rectangular tray lined with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the marshmallows for 40 minutes.

 

Cool, remove the paper and lay a clean towel.

 

Put the marshmallows on it and roll it up. Leave to rest for 10 minutes, during which time prepare the cream.

 

In a bowl pour the cream cheese, add the powdered sugar, cream and beat until fluffy cream.

 

Spread the marshmallows, spread it with the milk mixture and sprinkle evenly with crushed biscuits.

 

Roll up the roll, cut and serve.
