Required products :

  • 1 pie dough
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 700 grams of grated zucchini
  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • 1 cup finely chopped mushrooms
  • 1 2/3 teaspoons yellow cheese
  • 1 1/4 tea cups ricotta
  • 2/3 tea cup cream
  • 4 broken eggs
  • 3/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Method of preparation :

Turn on the oven to preheat to 220 degrees.

Place the dough in a pan and form a curly board at the end.

Punch with a fork, place a sheet of paper on top and pour on it different grains - beans, lentils, chickpeas. Bake the marshmallows for 10 minutes, remove the paper and pulp, return to the oven for a few more minutes.

Melt the butter and fry the zucchini, carrots and mushrooms until browned - for about 8-10 minutes.

Place half of the vegetables on the marshmallows and sprinkle with the mozzarella.

Combine ricotta, cream, eggs and spices. Pour the mixture over the mozzarella, and on top arrange the remaining vegetable mixture and sprinkle with smoked paprika.

Bake for 45 minutes until the filling is firm.

Serve with sour cream if desired.
