Required products :

3 zucchini
500 grams of minced meat
3-4 onions
3-4 cloves of garlic
1 tomato
150 grams of yellow cheese
10 grams of fresh green spices of your choice
200 grams of sour cream
salt and other spices to taste

Method of preparation :

Wash the zucchini (peel if desired), dry them and cut into circles.


Season with salt and favorite spices. Arrange them on the bottom of a suitable form, which you have greased with oil.

 

Add 1 head of chopped onion and garlic, salt and ground black pepper to taste to the minced meat. If the mixture is dry, you can add 1-2 tablespoons of sour cream. Mix well.


Spread half of it evenly over the zucchini.

 

Next are the remaining onion heads, cut into semicircles or circles.


Grate the yellow cheese, sprinkle the minced meat with it, and put thin circles of tomato on top.

 

Finely chop the green spices, mix them with the cream (you can replace with mayonnaise) and cover the products in the pan with this combination.


Bake the moussaka in a preheated oven for at least 50 minutes.

 

You can serve immediately.
