How To Cook Zucchini Casserole With Ham, Smoked Cheese And Parmesan - Recipe

Required products :

  • 6 medium zucchini
  • 200 grams of raw dried ham or prosciutto
  • 200 grams of smoked cheese
  • olive oil, black pepper, salt
  • 4-6 cloves of garlic
  • 30-40 grams of pistachios
  • 60-70 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
  • ground thyme


Method of preparation :

Cut the zucchini into thin pieces lengthwise. Sprinkle them with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and sprinkle with black pepper.

Cut the ham and smoked cheese into large cubes.

Cut the garlic cloves into 2 or 4 parts and fry them for a minute in 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil. Then add the zucchini and fry for 2-3 minutes on medium heat, add salt.

Grease a suitable form and put 1/3 of the zucchini in it, arranging the pieces crosswise. Put half of the ham and smoked cheese on them, again zucchini, ham and cheese. Finish with a grid of zucchini, sprinkle with pistachios, grated Parmesan and thyme. Sprinkle with olive oil and bake for 15 minutes in the oven at medium temperature (180 degrees). Then switch on the appliance to the "grill" function for two minutes.

Serve the dish warm.
