Learn how to cook "Zucchini casserole with tomatoes and yellow cheese". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
1 large zucchini
1 - 2 eggs
1 cup flour (you may need to add more)
1 - 2 centimeters of fresh hot pepper or 1 teaspoon of hot red pepper
1 - 2 tomatoes
a pinch of basil
a pinch of oregano
garlic to taste
fresh green spices of your choice and taste

oil
yellow cheese for sprinkling (about 100 grams)
Method of preparation :
Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Finely grate the garlic and hot pepper.
Mix the zucchini, hot ingredients, add the eggs, spices and your favorite green additive.
Add salt to taste. Add the flour, judge the exact amount during preparation, the dough should be obtained with the consistency of thick cream. Grease a suitable baking tin with oil (or oil) and pour the dough into it. You can also use a silicone container.
Arrange tomato rings on its surface and sprinkle with grated yellow cheese.
Bake the dish in a preheated 180 degree oven for about an hour, placing the pan on medium heat. An appetizing golden crust should form.
