How To Cook Zucchini Lasagna With Minced Chicken And Yellow Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

  • 400 grams of zucchini
  • 300 grams of minced chicken
  • head old onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 100 grams of low-fat yellow cheese
  • 4 tablespoons natural yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • black pepper, salt


Method of preparation :

Fry the minced chicken in a pan in a little fat. Add the chopped onion, grated carrot and pour a little water. Stew the mixture on low heat for ten minutes.

Then add the tomato puree and three minutes later (through which you do not stop stirring) season with ground black pepper and add salt to taste.

Cut the zucchini into thin slices lengthwise. Put half of them in a fireproof dish with a flat bottom and distribute half of the minced meat.

In a separate bowl, beat the yogurt (you can replace it with sour cream) and the egg. Add a little salt.

Pour half of this combination on the minced meat and repeat the layers of products in the same sequence.

Sprinkle with grated yellow cheese or other suitable cheese on top.

Place the dish in the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees until all the products are ready. Once the zucchini are soft and the coating is red, you can remove the dish from the appliance.

The lasagna is ready, serve hot.
