How To Cook Zucchini Meatballs With Processed Cheese, Semolina And Dill - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1-1.2 kg of zucchini
  • 2 eggs
  • 0.5-1 tablespoon flour
  • 4-5 tablespoons semolina
  • 100 grams of melted cheese
  • 3-4 large cloves of garlic
  • a pinch of black pepper, grated nutmeg and ginger
  • link fresh dill
  • frying oil

 

Method of preparation :

Peel the washed zucchini and remove the part with the seeds, if any, and grate the rest.

Grate the melted cheese as well, but finely, and mix with the zucchini, add the crushed garlic cloves.

Divide the eggs into yolks and whites. Add the yolks to the resulting mixture, and first beat the egg whites to become a stiff foam, and then add to the other products.

Season the "minced meat" with nutmeg, black pepper, ginger, salt and add the finely chopped bunch of fresh dill.

A little dried basil or oregano can also be added if desired.

Finally, pour the semolina and flour, the amounts of which can be in a ratio of 1: 1 or at your discretion. Mix thoroughly.

 

Scoop with a spoon from the combination and put in hot fat. So fry golden meatballs on low heat.

 

Serve with sour cream.
