How To Cook Zucchini Pizza With Chicken, Yellow Cheese And Garlic - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Zucchini pizza with chicken, yellow cheese and garlic". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 1 kg of zucchini
  • 2 eggs
  • 500 grams of chicken fillet
  • 100 grams of yellow cheese
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 tea cup of fresh milk
  • 5 tablespoons flour
  • salt and spices to taste

Method of preparation :

Cut the zucchini into circles about 0.5 cm thick, roll them in flour and then dip in the beaten eggs. Fry them in hot oil on both sides. Remove them on a paper towel to drain off excess fat.

Cut onions into thin semicircles, tomatoes into thin circles, grate carrots, mash garlic. Boil the meat in salted water (you can fry lightly afterwards, if desired).

Grease the bottom of a baking dish with butter and arrange two layers of zucchini. Spread the meat, cut into thin pieces, on top. Followed by onions, carrots and tomato rings.

Beat the rest of the eggs together with the milk and grated yellow cheese and pour the resulting mixture over the pizza. Put it to bake in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for about 20 - 25 minutes (let it form a golden crust).

Enjoy your meal!
