At the beginning of the day, most people rush out without thinking about the body's nutritional needs. Who has time to have breakfast in the morning?
 
Prof. Ellen Camir, who is a nutrition expert, explains that eating breakfast is the easiest thing to forget. However, if we do not eat breakfast and start feeling tired before lunch, then it is time to get in the habit of eating at the beginning of the day. 
 
A number of studies show that breakfast keeps us refreshed and concentrated , helps us lose weight by preventing us from overeating during the day. In this way it protects against overweight, diabetes and heart disease .
 
 
 
To enjoy these benefits of nutrition and prepare your body for the day ahead, experts advise consuming more carbohydrates for energy and protein for endurance. And here are the suggestions for the morning menu: 
 
  • wholemeal bread with cheese;
  • wholemeal slice and some fruit;
  • hard boiled egg with wholemeal bread;
  • scrambled eggs, slice and fruit;
  • oatmeal with raisins.
 
It is also important not to consume large amounts of sugar with the morning meal. A study published in the journal Pediatrics found that children who consumed sugar with their breakfast were more likely to eat more at lunch.
