The  winter diet option that you will get acquainted with lasts 12 days and provides for fast weight loss - up to 15 kg . It consists of 4 monodiet as follows:

  • 1st, 2nd and 3rd day - only kefir is taken throughout the day;
  • Day 4, 5 and 6 - eat boiled skinless chicken;
  • 7, 8 and 9 days - only vegetables;
  • 10, 11, 12 days - dry red wine (350 ml per day) + hard cheese / yellow cheese.

The diet excludes the consumption of pasta, and drink as much fluid as you need. The amount of listed foods and products is not limited.

Keep in mind that the diet is not the easiest , so consider whether your body would tolerate it and how it will affect such a menu. It is very important after the end of the diet to be able to eat well and not overeat, so as not to regain the lost weight. Success!
