The Japanese  diet lasts 14 days. The pounds you will lose through it are between 6 and 8 kg. While observing it, you should not consume potatoes, sugar, carbonated drinks, beer, alcohol, bread, pasta and confectionery. Limit salt intake because it retains water in the body. Drink water without restrictions! Experience shows that the more water you drink, the more you will lose weight.

1 day :

  • Breakfast - black coffee
  • Lunch - 2 hard-boiled eggs, stewed cabbage in vegetable oil and a glass of tomato juice
  • Dinner - fish (roasted or boiled)

Day 2 :

  • Breakfast - black coffee and toast
  • Lunch - roasted or boiled fish, stewed cabbage (in oil)
  • Dinner - boiled beef (220 g) and a glass of kefir (lactic acid drink)

Day 3 :

  • Breakfast - kefir and toast
  • Lunch - fried zucchini in vegetable oil, 2 apples
  • Dinner - 2 hard-boiled eggs, boiled beef 200 grams, fresh cabbage salad with vegetable oil.

Day 4 :

  • Breakfast - black coffee and toast
  • Lunch - raw egg, 3 large boiled carrots with oil, 15 g of cheese
  • Dinner - fruit

Day 5 :

  • Breakfast - fresh grated carrot, seasoned with lemon juice
  • Lunch - large roasted or boiled fish (500 g), a glass of tomato juice
  • Dinner - fruit

Day 6 :

  • Breakfast - black coffee and toast
  • Lunch - half a boiled chicken and a salad of fresh carrots
  • Dinner - no

Day 7 :

  • Breakfast - tea
  • Lunch - 200 grams of boiled beef, fruit, a glass of yogurt
  • Dinner - fruit or dinner as on day 3

Day 8 :

  • Repeat the menu from the seventh day. Then the diets from the 3rd to the 8th day (inclusive).
