The combined diet lasts 20 days, during which the intake of protein products and fruits and vegetables alternates. If you stick to it, you have a real opportunity to lose 5 to 7 pounds for the specified period. It probably seems to you that losing weight is not significant given the weather, but it will improve your metabolism, and this is more important.

The diet begins with two "hungry" days. Through them you can drink 1 liter of milk, 1 glass of tomato juice and eat 2 slices of black bread. You should switch to alternating protein foods and fruits / vegetables, changing products every two days.

2 protein days:

  • Breakfast - 1/2 teaspoon sunflower oil, a cup of coffee with milk, a slice of black bread;
  • Lunch - a glass of meat or fish broth, a piece of boiled meat (or fish), 1 tablespoon of peas (canned), a slice of black bread;
  • Afternoon breakfast - a glass of milk or tea with honey;
  • Dinner - choose one of the following suggestions: a piece of boiled meat or fish, 2 pieces of ham, 2 boiled eggs, 50 grams of cheese, a glass of yogurt with a slice of black bread.

2 fruit and vegetable days:

  • Breakfast - 2 apples or 2 oranges;
  • Lunch - vegetable soup seasoned with vegetable fat, a slice of black bread, a salad of stewed cabbage with carrot meatballs or vegetable stew without potatoes with vegetable oil.
  • Afternoon breakfast - fruit;
  • Dinner - salad, a slice of black bread, a cup of tea with honey.
