3-day Diet That Will Cleanse Your Body Of Sugar

In this article, learn more about 3-day Diet That Will Cleanse Your Body Of Sugar. 3-day diet that will cleanse your body of sugar.

Consumption of sugar nowadays is a big problem and scourge for humanity. We often do not feel that we are unknowingly consuming large amounts of sweets, and this leads to weight gain.

When consuming too much sugar , the body uses only the amount it needs to increase its energy, and the rest is stored in the form of fat. Often people who love sweet foods overdo it and claim that they can't last even a week without sweets. Although it is difficult to stop eating sweet foods, it is not impossible.

At first you may feel unwell and have a strong craving for sugar , but try to resist and think about the long-term effect, namely to improve your health. Keep in mind that artificial sugar is different from natural sugar, which is found in fruits, for example, so do not worry about eating fruit when you feel like eating jam.

Follow this diet to reduce your sugar intake and clear your body of it:

  • 1 cup oatmeal with blueberries, almonds and seeds or 3 boiled or scrambled eggs

Detoxifying drinks:

Instead of drinking sugary drinks, choose one of these options that will speed up your metabolism and cleanse your body:

Water with fruit

Choose one of these fruits, cut it into pieces - grapefruit, blueberries, strawberries, oranges - and add fresh rosemary and mint. Then fill a suitable container with water, put the fruit and store in the refrigerator. Drink during the day from the drink, which helps cleanse the body of toxins and sugar. In addition, it contains a lot of natural sugar, useful for the body. See more ideas for fruit water and its benefits.

Tea

Drink green or unsweetened tea 3 times a day. Green tea is a powerful antioxidant, and its diuretic action helps remove fat and prevents water retention.

Coffee

As for coffee, you should not consume more than one black coffee a day - without sugar.

It is recommended to drink these drinks throughout the day (except coffee).

Diet is very effective in reducing cravings for sweets , but it is very important to pay attention to your overall diet and limit harmful foods, increase the intake of fruits and vegetables, and have regular physical activity.
