1. Raw sprouts
Lightly cooked or raw sprouts have been linked to more than 30 bacterial epidemics since the mid-1990s. In 2014, bean sprouts sent 19 people to the hospital for salmonella poisoning. According to Marler, these foods should not be consumed at all.
2. Poorly cooked meat
He is at risk of contracting Escherichia coli , Salmonella and other bacterial diseases. The meat should be cooked at a temperature of 70 degrees Celsius. This is necessary because bacteria from its surface can get inside it and thus infect us.
3. Unpasteurized milk and juices

Although egg poisoning has been declining in recent years , they pose a risk of Salmonella infection . It is recommended that eggs be eaten well cooked to avoid this risk.
