1. Raw sprouts
 
Lightly cooked or raw sprouts have been linked to more than 30 bacterial epidemics since the mid-1990s. In 2014, bean sprouts sent 19 people to the hospital for salmonella poisoning. According to Marler, these foods should not be consumed at all. 
 
2. Poorly cooked meat
 
He is at risk of contracting Escherichia coli , Salmonella and other bacterial diseases. The meat should be cooked at a temperature of 70 degrees Celsius. This is necessary because bacteria from its surface can get inside it and thus infect us. 
 
3. Unpasteurized milk and juices
 
In the practice of the expert there is a case of several children who have developed hemolytic-uremic syndrome. This is a complication caused by Escherichia coli infection, and can lead to kidney failure . The cause of the infection is the consumption of unpasteurized apple juice. 
 
According to Marler, there is not enough benefit to justify the risk of consuming such products. 
 
 
 
4. Raw oysters
 
Oysters act as a filter that purifies water. If there are bacteria in the water , they enter the oysters and accumulate in them. Consumption of these seafood can lead to food poisoning . 
 
In addition, rising temperatures in the oceans can increase the growth of microbes . 
 
5. Raw eggs
 
Although egg poisoning has been declining in recent years , they pose a risk of Salmonella infection . It is recommended that eggs be eaten well cooked to avoid this risk.
