To get rid of excess weight gained during the winter, we can take advantage of a number of diets, one of which we will get acquainted with now. This is a diet based on the consumption of cucumbers . These vegetables are simply created by nature for weight loss because they help cleanse the body. The offered diet is harmless and effective, do not starve. Its duration is a week, and during this period you can lose 4 - 5 kg.

Recipe for low-calorie cucumber salad
Cut into large pieces 1 kg of cucumbers, season with 30 grams of skim cream or 10 ml of vegetable oil, you can add salt, but very little. Optionally add lemon juice and green herbs such as parsley, dill, basil, coriander.
The advantage of the salad is that it creates a feeling of satiety, despite its low caloric content.
