Here's a diet idea that includes a variety of fruits and vegetables. Combined with proper exercise, it will help you lose up to 5 pounds in 7 days .

There is no strict distribution of breakfast, lunch and dinner, but try to consume food in small portions throughout the day. The diet also includes plenty of water, which is not only an effective means of weight loss, but also helps to detoxify the body.

 

Day 1

  • Eat only fruits - all kinds, except bananas. Watermelon and melon are recommended
  • Drink between 8 and 10 glasses of water

 

Day 2

  • A large boiled potato
  • Raw or cooked vegetables of your choice and some brown rice
  • Drink between 8 and 10 glasses of water

 

Day 3

  • Eat fruits and vegetables of your choice - without bananas and potatoes
  • Drink between 8 and 10 glasses of water

 

Day 4

  • 4-5 bananas for the whole day
  • 750 milliliters of milk
  • Drink at least 4-5 glasses of water, except milk

 

Day 5

  • 2 tea cups cooked brown rice or 400 grams of chicken
  • 6 tomatoes
  • Tomato soup
  • Drink between 8 and 10 glasses of water

 

Day 6

  • 2 tea cups cooked brown rice or 400 grams of chicken
  • Optional vegetables - without potatoes
  • Drink between 8 and 10 glasses of water

 

Day 7

  • 2 teaspoons brown rice with vegetables of your choice
  • Optional vegetables - without potatoes
  • Drink between 8 and 10 glasses of water
