The juice diet is also called the "skinny diet". With it you have the opportunity to lose 7 pounds in just 7 days. Keep in mind that you need to be very careful about your health, and the best option is to follow such a diet under medical supervision. Too frequent adherence to the diet is not recommended because it is a strong stress for the body.

 

Here is what it consists of ...

During the allotted 7 days, only juices (but without sugar), black tea and mineral water should be taken from the drinks. Drink orange juice, grapefruit juice, pomegranate, apple juice. Dilute pomegranate juice with boiled water in a ratio of 2 parts water to 1 part juice. Also, the tea should not be sweetened and the water should not be carbonated. The quantities of the last two drinks are not limited.

There are three variants of the diet

First option

  • 1st day: 1 liter of fresh milk, 200 grams of yogurt;
  • Day 2: 200 grams of nonfat cottage cheese, 1 liter of juice without sugar;
  • 3rd day: 1 liter of still mineral water, 200 grams of boiled potatoes;
  • 4th day: 200 grams of fish, 1 liter of juice without sugar;
  • 5th day: 1 kg of apples, 1 liter of still mineral water;
  • 6th day: 200 grams of boiled meat without salt, 1 liter of juice without sugar;
  • Day 7: 1 liter of kefir, 200 grams of yogurt or cottage cheese.

 

Second option:

  • 1st day: 1 liter of fresh milk;
  • Day 2: 200 grams of cottage cheese, 800 milliliters of sugar-free juice;
  • 3rd day: 1 liter of still mineral water;
  • Day 4: 4 potatoes, boiled with the peels without salt, 800 milliliters of juice without sugar;
  • 5th day: 5 apples;
  • Day 6: 200 grams of cooked lean meat without salt, 800 milliliters of juice without sugar;
  • Day 7: 1 liter of kefir.

 

Third option:

  • 1st day: 200 grams of salad vinaigrette, 800 milliliters of juice without sugar;
  • Day 2: 200 grams of nonfat cottage cheese, 800 milliliters of sugar-free juice;
  • 3rd day: 1 liter of kefir 1%;
  • 4th day: 100 grams of dried fruit, 800 milliliters of juice without sugar;
  • Day 5: 200 grams of boiled breast without salt and without fat, 800 milliliters of juice without sugar;
  • Day 6: 0.500 kg of apples, 800 milliliters of juice without sugar;
  • Day 7: Drink mineral water until noon, then eat oatmeal prepared with water.
