Do you want to have a beautiful body and get rid of digestive problems? Simple rules for good bowel function will help you in this!

1. In the morning, after getting out of bed, "wash" and "start" the intestines - drink a glass of plain water. After 15 minutes, drink a cup of herbal or green tea. And after another 10-15 minutes, have a solid breakfast.

2. Never eat when you have no appetite (for example, when you are sick). In this case, the vessels of the intestine are spasmodic, and the villi are pressed against the walls of the intestine, which means that it is able to digest food normally. Also, don't eat if you are irritable and very tired. Stress hormones will prevent you from fully digesting food.

3. Digestion begins in the mouth, and if we swallow food in pieces, digestion problems arise. This especially applies to fatty and heavy food. Therefore, if you have little time for lunch, choose food that will take less time to digest (yogurt, kefir, fruit).

4. For this, it is not necessary to do cleaning and enemas. There is a much simpler method: take 1 raw beet, 1 carrot, several leaves of white cabbage, some fresh herbs, a few drops of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of olive oil and 1 tbsp. a spoonful of water Mix and season with lemon juice, olive oil and water. Prepare this salad every evening during the week.

5. If the intestines are blocked, the barrier function of the intestinal walls weakens, toxins enter the blood and spread throughout the body. Therefore, carefully monitor the drinking regime (at least 2 liters per day) and eat more fiber. Dietary serum helps to improve the stool. Pour kefir or sour milk into a non-metallic container. Put it in a water bath on low heat. When the cheese floats, make a hole in it with a spoon in the middle and pour finely chopped non-starchy vegetables into this "well" - parsley, dill, celery, parsnip, cabbage, radish, carrot, onion. After 10 minutes, remove from heat and let stand for another 10 minutes. Separate the serum and drink it in 10-30 minutes. before eating

6. The intestine will not be able to function normally without useful microflora. To restore or maintain its balance, you need to eat live fermented milk products every day. By the way, you can prepare them yourself. You will need boiled or pasteurized milk (lactic acid bacteria live in unsterilized milk, which during the cooking process will compete with the sourdough and turn the milk into sourdough) and the sourdough itself, which can be purchased at a pharmacy or supermarket. Sourdough in milk must multiply at a certain temperature — 36-39 ºС. If the temperature is lower, then you will get delicious yogurt with a viscous consistency. And if the temperature is higher, fermentation will not occur. Therefore, boil milk, cool it to the desired temperature, add leaven (according to the recipe), stir and pour into a thermos or yogurt maker for 4-6 hours.

7. Any intense movements, especially if they involve the muscles of the abdomen and back, increase peristalsis of the intestine and help to empty it regularly.
