Long winter holidays are the perfect time to watch TV shows, fortunately, the outgoing year has given us a lot of good movies. Whatever you choose to watch - The Witcher, Why Women Kill, Keeped Women or Chernobyl, invite family members, friends and prepare a crispy snack.
One of the most popular snacks after chips is breaded chicken wings.
For cooking you will need:
chicken wings - 1 kg flour - 1 cup breadcrumbs - 1 cup eggs - 2 pcs. seasoning for chicken without salt - 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil - 1 cup salt - 1 tsp.
Everything is simple. Wash the wings, dry well with a paper towel. Season with salt and pepper, mix well. Place a saucepan or deep frying pan on the stove, pour in the oil and heat well without boiling. Whisk the eggs until smooth. Now roll each wing in turn in flour, beaten eggs, then in breadcrumbs and carefully dip into hot oil. Fry all the wings in this way until golden brown. Then place on a paper towel to blot off excess oil. Serve with your favorite sauces - sweet chili, for example, and garlic mayonnaise.
Onion rings in batter are another favorite for light snacks.
Ingredients:
large onion - 2-3 pcs. eggs - 2 pcs. water - 50 ml. flour - 6 tbsp. l. sour cream - 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil - 1/2 cup spices and salt - to taste
Peel the onion and cut into large rings. Mix spices with flour, add water, salt, eggs and sour cream. Whisk everything well until fluffy. The batter is ready, now you need to heat the oil well. Dip each onion ring into the batter and quickly into the oil, literally for 30 seconds. Finished rings will give a beautiful golden color. Lay out on paper towels, then serve.
Ingredients:
bread - 10 slices sausage salami - 200 gr. mozzarella cheese - 200 gr. ketchup - 50 gr. breadcrumbs - 100 gr. eggs - 2 pcs.
Cut off the crusts from the bread, roll it out as thinly as possible with a rolling pin. Lubricate with a little ketchup or other tomato sauce, put a thin piece of sausage and a thin piece of cheese. Roll everything up, roll first in beaten eggs, and then in breadcrumbs, fry in a pan on all sides until golden brown. Ready! It's best to eat right away.
We will need:
loaf or bread - 1 pc. mozzarella cheese - 150 gr. butter - 100 gr. garlic - 2-3 cloves greens - 1 bunch
Rub the cheese on a fine grater, peel the garlic and pass through a press. It is better to take frozen butter, it also needs to be grated, add finely chopped greens, then mix everything. Make checkerboard-shaped cuts on the bread, put the filling in the cuts. Wrap in foil and put in the oven for literally 5-7 minutes to melt the cheese. Enjoy!

Cut the ham and tomatoes into small cubes, grate the cheese. Put some mayonnaise, ham and tomatoes on each slice of bread, sprinkle with green onions. Sprinkle cheese on top and microwave for 3-5 minutes.
Homemade chips are much healthier than store-bought ones and will go with a bang because everyone loves crispy potatoes!
Ingredients:
potatoes - 3-5 pcs. vegetable oil - 1 cup salt, spices to taste
Peel the potatoes and cut into very thin circles (it is better to use a special grater). Rinse potatoes several times, dry well with paper towels. Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Fry the potato slices in small batches, turning with tongs, until golden brown. Then lay out on paper towels. When the excess oil is absorbed into the towels, put the chips in a single layer on a baking sheet covered with parchment, put in the oven for 5-6 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees, let it bake until a characteristic crunch.
We will need:
thin pita bread - 1 pc. sour cream - 150 gr. greens - to taste dried garlic and favorite spices
Chips will turn out with the taste of sour cream with herbs. In a bowl, mix sour cream, garlic passed through a press and finely chopped greens. Cut pita bread into squares or triangles with scissors, grease with cooked sauce. Lay them out on parchment paper and put them in the oven at 180 degrees for about 5 minutes.
Another interesting appetizer is cheese sticks. It's easy to cook and very tasty.
Ingredients:
hard cheese - 300 gr. breadcrumbs - 100 gr. eggs - 2 pcs. flour - 100 gr.
Separate the whites from the yolks, we only need the yolks. Cheese cut into cubes. Roll each piece of cheese first in flour, then in beaten eggs and breadcrumbs. Deep fry until golden brown.
