A Pint Of Beer A Day Is Useful, Experts Say

Experts recommend that women drink up to two small glasses of beer a day, and for men the normal amount is up to three glasses ...

Drinking a glass of beer every day is good for your health, according to a study.

Spanish researchers claim that moderate beer consumption reduces the risk of diabetes and high blood pressure and may even help to lose weight.

The study examined 1,249 men and women over the age of 57.

Scientists have found that those who add to a Mediterranean diet to a pint of beer not only do not gain weight, but in some cases even lose weight.

Experts believe that beer provides the same health benefits as moderate wine consumption.

Refreshing beer contains folic acid, vitamins, iron and calcium, which have a protective effect on the cardiovascular system. In addition, beer has a relatively low alcohol content compared to other beverages.

Experts recommend that women drink up to two small glasses of beer a day, and for men the allowable amount is up to three glasses a day, but combined with a healthy diet and exercise.
