The bread diet lasts at least 2 weeks, followed by a period of preservation of the achieved results. The pros and cons of this diet will be discussed now. Of course, the plus is that you eat bread, which excludes starvation. But there is one huge downside - it does not include meat consumption.
The diet is based on the intake of sandwiches of healthy bread (rye, bran, diet bread) with various additives. For women, the maximum daily amount of sandwiches is 12, and for men - 16. And most importantly - you should eat every 3 hours.
Sandwiches can be prepared with a piece of salted fish, ham, lean meat, cottage cheese, cheese (without melted). In addition, you can eat all kinds of vegetables (except potatoes) - boiled or fresh. A bucket of organic yogurt, best in the late afternoon. You need 3 eggs in a week, which is better to eat in the morning. You should also eat 1 fruit a day.
An important detail is that everything you put on the slice of bread must be very thin - for flavor rather than taste. That's why we mentioned the lack of meat at the beginning, because the piece you have to put on the bread is by no means able to satisfy the body's need for protein.
Two weeks after the start of the diet ( for a week you need to get rid of at least 2.5 kilograms ), comes the period of maintaining the achieved results - this is the second stage, the duration of which is determined by you.
The menu remains the same with the difference that several times a day instead of bread you can consume any of the following products:
Don't forget to eat every 3 hours !!! This period can last until you get bored, but it is better not to get carried away and limit yourself to a maximum of two weeks.
As for tea and coffee, they are not prohibited, but mostly to drink water and more.
Sweets and alcohol are prohibited.
The idea of the bread diet is the consumption of complex carbohydrates and the lack of fat. Complex carbohydrates are processed for a long time, saturating the body, so you will not feel hungry as soon as you eat a sandwich. Of course, you should not forget that although complex, they are still carbohydrates, and accumulating in the body, they are converted into fat. Therefore, this diet implies increased physical activity. In this way the carbohydrates will be burned in time and their deposition will not be allowed. Also keep in mind that evening walks and 3 squats a day do not count as physical activity. If you want a bread diet to work, you need to do hard physical work or exercise actively.
