Necessary products:

  • 90 grams of almond flour
  • 90 grams of wholemeal flour
  • 75 grams of sugar
  • 80 grams of olive oil
  • half a teaspoon of baking powder
  • half a teaspoon of baking soda
  • peel of half a lemon
  • half a teaspoon of cinnamon
  • pinch of salt

 

For decoration:

  • whole almonds
  • yolk for spreading
  • cocktail cherries for decoration


Manner of preparation:


Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and cover the pan with a sheet of parchment. Mix the two types of flour and add leavening agents + salt. Add the remaining products and make a dough.

Divide it into walnut-sized pieces. Squeeze the edges so that they take the shape of petals, smear with egg yolk and glue them in threes.

Make the remaining cakes in the same way, decorate and lightly stir with almonds, put cherries in the middle and arrange in the pan. Bake the biscuits for 20-25 minutes until golden. Cool, serve and enjoy.
