For the full functioning of the body requires healthy nutrition, which provides the necessary vitamins and traces elements - this is known to all. Many people, faced with excess weight, start actively looking for diets to help them deal with the problem. One, second, the third diet begins ...
However, it happens that one diet is suitable for some, for others - not at all and even harms them. Therefore, the diet for weight loss must be determined individually. Only in this case, it will be effective and the desired results will be achieved.
Any food, which enters the body must be processed properly. For example, protein products are a source of amino acids. They synthesize enzymes, hormones, antibodies, hemoglobin, and many other valuable substances necessary for human existence.
Carbohydrates are a source of energy needed for the synthesis of glycoproteins. Fats are required to maintain the integrity of cell membranes, in addition, they help absorb fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K) and minerals. They are also a source of essential fatty acids and lipoproteins.
The gallbladder "includes" the gastrointestinal tract. Thus, when the bile is released, the person develops an appetite. It consists of 80% water, the remaining 20% are phospholipids, cholesterol, bile acids, proteins, bilirubin, enzymes. 600 to 1,000 milliliters of bile are formed per day, it is a very important part of normal digestion.
The pancreas secretes pancreatic juice, which contains the necessary for the processing of food enzymes. The pancreas secretes 0.7 to 2.5 liters of secretion daily. The significance of this secret and great, because it neutralizes gastric juice (breaks down fats, proteins, starch, glycogen, RNA, DNA in the small intestine).
As you can see, the processing of food involves the whole stomach- intestinal tract, liver, bile, pancreas. Therefore, only the normal combination and functioning of these organs ensures normal absorption of products. If one of them malfunctions, the circuit breaks and major problems occur.
Today, there are many ways to identify functional disorders in the digestive process. The first and most important thing is a consultation with a competent doctor, followed by a detailed biochemical analysis of blood, method of biochemical assessment of cellular metabolic activity of flora, etc.
You can be sure that the diet prescribed by a specialist, taking into account the individual characteristics of the organism, gives the best result. But you should not have any digestive problems.
To find out if you have digestive problems, answer the following questions:
1. Are you overweight?
2. Do you often become irritable?
3. Do you feel a bitter taste in your mouth?
4. Do you belch when your stomach is empty?
5. Do you complain of bloating?
6. Do you suffer from constipation or diarrhea?
7. Are you bothered by bouts of night sickness?
8. Do you get skin rashes for no reason?
9. Do you feel sleepy and apathetic during the day?
10. Do you suffer from insomnia?
11. Not happy with the condition of your skin, nails, hair?
If you answer yes to any of these questions, then it's time to think about the condition of your gastrointestinal tract. The first thing you need to do is change your menu to avoid dieting and avoid disappointment when there is no result.
Try not to aggravate the problem and restore the damaged functions in time
Be healthy!
