In this article, learn more about Apple Cider Vinegar As A Means Of Weight Loss. Apple cider vinegar as a means of weight loss.
The diet for weight loss with apple cider vinegar has been known since 1950, when it became popular thanks to the book on folk medicine by Dr. DS Jarvis. It describes in detail the benefits of consuming apple cider vinegar and its beneficial effects in aiding weight loss.
Jarvis claims that regular consumption of small amounts of the product predisposes the body to burn fat, not to accumulate it. The pectins contained in the liquid contribute to the removal of bad cholesterol from the body.
The diet is easy. All you have to do is take in the apple juice. This will help suppress hunger and burn excess fat. In addition, you do not need to change your diet, calorie intake or level of physical activity. Of course, it is much better to lead a healthy diet and life in general, because otherwise, the lost weight will quickly return when you stop consuming vinegar.
It is extremely important that it is natural and that it is diluted. Two teaspoons of it are mixed with 250-300 milliliters of water at room temperature and the drink is taken 3 times a day: in the morning, immediately after waking up and 30 minutes before lunch and dinner. Do not drink until 1.5-2 hours after eating, because it will worsen the processes of digestion and absorption of food.
The taste of the cocktail is not among the most pleasant, so you could add a teaspoon of honey or a little fruit juice.
If your daily routine does not allow you to drink three times the liquid, take 250-300 milliliters of water every morning with 15 milliliters (1 tablespoon) of vinegar and a spoonful of honey for a month. During this period it is possible to lose 2 to 5 kilograms.
