In this article, learn more about Avocado - The Fruit Of Weight Loss. Prevents high blood sugar after eating ....

Avocado is a unique fruit, rich in many vital vitamins and minerals, which at the same time is low in sugar, does not contain sodium and cholesterol. The latest revelation about it, published in the Journal of Nutrition, shows that it helps the weight loss process when undergoing a weight loss regimen.

Researchers from the Hass Avocado Board say that those participants in their study who consumed half a raw avocado at lunch are less likely to feel hungry and need to eat three hours later - 40%. In 28% of volunteers, such a lack of appetite is reported for an even longer period - for 5 hours.

Interestingly, the researchers found that the consumption of avocados at lunch, although it increases caloric and carbohydrate intake, but does not raise blood sugar levels after meals as usual. It is clear that it is the rise in blood sugar that releases too much insulin into the blood, which in turn leads to its rapid absorption and the appearance of wolf hunger.

Adding avocados to lunch on a daily basis could benefit diabetes control
