Balanced 6-day Summer Diet

A balanced diet lasting 6 days, with which you will lose 2 to 4 pounds without harm to health.

Losing weight in the summer is not difficult - high temperatures and a huge variety of fruits and vegetables help to safely lose weight and maintain weight. Physical activity is higher in summer than in the rest of the year, which is another plus.

The diet should be balanced and not take vitamins other than those contained in food.
The diet we offer you will provide your body with the necessary nutrients, will improve the condition of hair, skin and nails, the face will regain its healthy color, you will strengthen your immunity.
Adhering to such a diet for 6 days, you will lose 2 to 4 pounds of weight without harming your health.

The menu

First day

  • First breakfast: salad of grated fresh carrots and beets, flavored with lemon juice; you can add green spices.
  • Breakfast: 50 grams of cheese / yellow cheese and 1 green apple.
  • Lunch: 200 grams of boiled poultry (without skin) and lettuce.
  • Afternoon snack: cottage cheese or nuts.
  • Dinner: vegetable salad and 150 grams of salmon.

Second day

  • First breakfast: cucumber and 1 boiled egg.
  • Breakfast: a glass of kefir / yogurt and a plate of berries.
  • Lunch: 200 grams of fish of your choice, steamed, lettuce.
  • Afternoon snack: pear.
  • Dinner: stewed vegetables.


Third day

  • First breakfast: buckwheat porridge and a glass of freshly squeezed juice of your choice.
  • Breakfast: 1 green apple.
  • Lunch: 200 grams of boiled poultry (without skin), lettuce.
  • Afternoon snack: nuts from a few walnuts.
  • Dinner: buckwheat porridge and vegetable salad.

Fourth day

  • First breakfast: omelette of 3 egg whites with tomatoes.
  • Breakfast: skim yogurt, 1 grapefruit.
  • Lunch: 200 grams of cooked seafood, vegetable salad.
  • Afternoon snack: skim yogurt and 1 grapefruit.
  • Dinner: boiled fish, green salad with vegetables.


Fifth day

  • First breakfast: a slice of wholemeal bread with cheese and 1 grapefruit.
  • Second breakfast: skim yogurt.
  • Lunch: 200 grams of cooked poultry (without skin) and lettuce.
  • Afternoon snack: cottage cheese.
  • Dinner: boiled beans with carrots and fresh green spices.

Sixth day

  • First breakfast: a portion of buckwheat porridge, apple and carrot salad.
  • Breakfast: cottage cheese and a few dried fruits of your choice.
  • Lunch: boiled beans with green spices and peppers.
  • Afternoon snack: pear.
  • Dinner: skim yogurt.

Some recommendations for better results :

  • lettuce to be more than other products;
  • season salads with olive oil or lemon juice, you can add a little salt;
  • drink more fluids, emphasizing clean still water and green tea;
  • if you feel well, you can take another course after the end of the 6-day period.
