If you want to lose weight fast, go on a bean diet for a week and you will lose about 5 pounds in that time. You need to drink plenty of water and tea during the period. For normal bowel function, it is good to take kefir or yogurt before going to bed.

MENU

First day:

  • Breakfast - sandwich with cheese and yogurt;
  • Second breakfast - fruit salad;
  • Lunch - 200 grams of boiled beans, tomato juice;
  • Dinner - lentil porridge , vegetable salad, juice.

Second day:

  • Breakfast - 100 grams of cottage cheese , coffee;
  • Second breakfast - sour fruits;
  • Lunch - boiled beans, sauerkraut (100 grams);
  • Dinner - 100 grams of green peas , 200 grams of fish, green tea.

Third day:

  • Breakfast - sandwich with cheese, coffee;
  • Second breakfast - fruit salad;
  • Lunch - pea porridge, vegetable salad, juice;
  • Dinner - bean soup, vegetable salad. 

 

Fourth day:

  • Breakfast - cottage cheese and coffee;
  • Second breakfast - fruit ;
  • Lunch - boiled beans, fish and salad;
  • Dinner - pea soup, tea.

Fifth day:

  • Breakfast - cabbage salad, coffee;
  • Second breakfast - fruit;
  • Lunch - lentil soup, sauerkraut;
  • Dinner - grilled eggplant , green tea.

Sixth day:

  • Breakfast - 100 grams of boiled peas, vegetable juice;
  • Second breakfast - grapefruit ;
  • Lunch - green pea soup, vegetable salad;
  • Dinner - stewed vegetables , tea.

 

Seventh day:

  • Breakfast: cottage cheese and tea;
  • Second breakfast - fruit;
  • Lunch - stewed beans , salad;
  • Dinner - pea porridge and chicken .
