Bread Rolls Stuffed With Yellow Cheese

Ingredients: 1 Kg Of Wheat Flour 0.500 Liters Of Warm Water 1 Tablespoon Granulated Sugar 1 Tablespoon Dry Granulated Yeast 100 Milliliters Of Oil 2 Eggs 50 Grams Of Butter In The Dough 100 G

Necessary products :

  • 1 kilogram of wheat flour 
  • 1,5 liters of warm water
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon dry granulated yeast
  • 100 milliliters of oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 grams of butter in the dough
  • 100 grams of butter for the filling
  • 140 grams of yellow cheese (or cheese)

 

Preparation :

Pour warm water into a deep bowl, pour sugar and yeast into it. Leave for 15 minutes, during which time the yeast will dissolve and become foamy. Add a little salt. Heat the oil together with the oil, but they should not be hot. Add them to the yeast. Then add the sifted flour and knead the dough. Leave it in a warm place for an hour to rise and increase its volume.

Make the filling. Grate the yellow cheese on a large grater, grate the butter as well. Add the two eggs and salt to taste to the yellow cheese. If you use cheese, do not add salt. Mix everything.

To make the cakes golden and shiny, they should be spread with a mixture of egg yolk, two tablespoons of oil, and 3 tablespoons of water.

Divide the dough into 4 equal parts, from each form a ball and roll. Spread the filling on the surface, leaving some free space at the edges. Close the edges to the middle or roll or mix by hand, to distribute the filling evenly inside. Turn the dough with the "seam" down and roll out with a rolling pin. Punch the surface with a fork, spread with the egg mixture. Bake in a preheated to 230 - 250 degrees until a toasted crust is formed (about 25 minutes are needed). Baking time depends on the thickness of the bread, of course. Add the butter when serving.
