Carrot Sauce With Turmeric

Coconut Oil Gives The Carrot Sauce A Pleasant Aroma As Well As A Silky Soft Texture. Serve As A Salad Dressing Or With Roasted Meat.

Coconut oil gives the carrot sauce a pleasant aroma as well as a silky soft texture. Serve as a salad dressing or with roasted meat.

Necessary products:

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh root turmeric, chopped

 

Manner of preparation :

Heat the coconut oil and fry the carrots, onions, turmeric, garlic, and ginger in it for 30 seconds. Pour 1/4 cup of water, reduce heat, cover and cook for 7 minutes.

Blend the vegetable mixture with the yogurt, apple cider vinegar, orange juice, salt, cumin, and red pepper until smooth.

Serve the carrot sauce as a side dish to roast meat or salad dressing.
