It is used to soften the skin because it contains vitamin E, which in turn slows down the aging process. It is also believed to help treat skin infections and help maintain a long-lasting sun tan. Cosmetic creams, shampoos, lotions and all kinds of hair products are prepared from the oil.
Thanks to the oil, which has a regenerating effect, the hair becomes smooth, shiny and more stable. It is believed that regular rubbing of the oil could improve the quality of hair in men, especially those who are prone to baldness.
Cashew oil can be mixed with other types, depending on the purpose and the desired results. In cooking it is used mainly for seasoning salads and is used in the preparation of sauces, soups, main dishes and desserts.
