  • 1/4 teaspoon flaked red pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Prepare :

  • Blanch the nettles in a saucepan with salted boiling water for 2 minutes.
  • Drain and immediately pour cold water to stop the cooking process.
  • Drain again and cut into large pieces.
  • Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté the onions and garlic for 2-3 minutes. Remove from the heat.
  • Add the nettles and mix well.
  • Prepare the topping by beating the eggs in a large bowl and adding the remaining ingredients. Stir to distribute evenly.
  • Grease the bottom and walls of a yen glass or other baking dish and spread 1/2 of the vegetable mixture on the bottom.
  • Sprinkle with 1/2 of the shredded cheese, parsley, and oregano and pour with 1 / 2 of the egg mixture. Repeat with the other products.
  • Bake in preheated to 180 degrees for about 30 minutes or until fully cooked, depending on the depth of the dish.
  • Allow the casserole to cool for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
