Necessary products

For the dough:

  • 4 tsp flour
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 2/3 tsp warm water
  • 1.5 tsp dry yeast instant
  • 2 tbsp warm vegetable oil a little salt

For stuffing:

  • 200 g yellow
  • cheese 3
  • yeast and sugar.

Pour warm water and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Knead a little hard dough, cover it with a towel and leave it to rise in a warm place. Meanwhile, make the filling. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, add the eggs (3 or 4 depending on the density of the filling, it should not be too thick). When the dough rises, knead once more, cut it into small pieces and roll each of them into a square or triangular shape. Put the stuffing in the middle and "close" the cheeses, pinching the edges.

Grease a pan and arrange the snacks in it and wait for them to rise slightly. Beat the egg with a fork and spread it on the cheese, sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees and bake them until golden.
