  • Menu: one of the listed cocktails is replaced on the respective day with the product from which the drink is prepared.

Third stage

  • Purpose: to maintain the achieved body weight, health and to be charged with energy and strength.
  • Menu: regular and normal diet, which includes healthy affordable products.

The main thing - chia seeds - add to everything you eat .

They:

  • are a very good source of Omega-3 fatty acids ;
  • contain large amounts of calcium, magnesium and selenium;
  • they are also an excellent source of cellulose.

Main products you can consume :

  • beans;
  • corn;
  • bulgur ;
  • amaranth;
  • quinoa;
  • fish;
  • turkey;
  • fruits;
  • vegetables;
  • chocolate.

 

All foods high in saturated fat and carbohydrates are prohibited, for example :

  • White flour;
  • White bread;
  • White rice;
  • spaghetti ...

 

About a menu (about 1225 kcal)

  • Breakfast (421 kcal): 90 grams (uncooked) quinoa with 85 grams of peaches, 25 grams of honey and 1 teaspoon of chia seeds .
  • Lunch (240 kcal): 40 grams of dark chocolate.
  • Afternoon snack (310 kcal): 150 grams of turkey fillet with stewed vegetables (170 grams of tomatoes, 50 grams of red peppers, 50 grams of leafy vegetables, 100 grams of zucchini and 45 grams of corn). Sprinkle all this with 2 teaspoons of chia seeds.
  • Dinner (254 kcal): canned tuna salad in its own juice (120 grams) with 90 grams of pineapple and 45 grams of corn. Of course, 2 teaspoons of chia.
