Ingredients: 4 Egg Yolks 8 Tablespoons Sugar 160 Milliliters Of Cold Coffee 250 Grams Of Whipping Cream (high Fat) 100 Grams Of Dark Chocolate 1 Tablespoon Fruit Butter To Decorate On
Necessary products :
4 yolks
8 tablespoons sugar
160 milliliters of cold coffee
250 grams of whipping cream (high fat)
100 grams of dark chocolate
1 tablespoon butter
fruit for decoration
Method of preparation:
Beat the yolks with half the sugar until you get a thick creamy mass. Place the container in a water bath and gradually pour the coffee, breaking up to form a fluffy foam.
Cool the finished cream.
