To start the day fresh and full of energy, experts advise to replace morning coffee with another more invigorating and useful drink, such as lemon water.

Hydration is an important condition for the body, which ensures the maintenance of all life processes in it. Coffee is generally not one of the drinks that quenches thirst, on the contrary, with its diuretic properties it dehydrates it, which has a negative effect, especially in the morning after long hours, deprived of fluids and loss of such.

Consumption of warm water with lemon juice is recommended in Ayurveda even as a remedy. In addition to good hydration, the drink stimulates intestinal function and improves digestion.

Lemon is rich in vitamin C, riboflavin, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium. Contains useful proteins and carbohydrates. That is why lemon water is a good start to the day - it fills us with the antioxidants of yellow citrus.

The drink has a calming effect on both the mind and the body - it reduces tension in mental stress and depression . This makes it extremely suitable for consumption after a hard day's work.

To maintain good health, it is recommended to dilute the juice of half a lemon with a glass of water. For maximum effect, lemon water can be taken twice a day, morning and evening before bedtime.
