Ingredients: 3 Teaspoons High Quality Wheat Flour 3 Eggs 180 Grams Cream 80 Grams Sugar 160 Grams Condensed Milk 1 Teaspoon Walnuts 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda 100 Grams White Chocolate 1
Separate the yolks from the whites and beat the first ones together with the sugar. Proteins - separately to foam. Mix the beaten egg yolks with the cream, add the condensed milk, the crushed walnuts and mix everything thoroughly. Add the flour and soda to the mixture, stir and then add the egg whites. Divide the dough into two equal parts. Bake loaves from them. While they are baking, make a cream by whipping the condensed milk for it with the butter.
When the finished loaves have cooled, cut each in half so that you get 4 layers.
"Assemble" the cake, stacking the tops on top of each other and sticking them with cream. Sprinkle with grated chocolate, alternating white and brown to get a colorful cake.
