The best time to eat in the morning is 2-3 hours after waking up, and the most suitable products are: porridge, potatoes, wholemeal bread and fruit. If you are going to work hard, it is desirable to increase the caloric content of breakfast. Have dinner as early as possible so as not to overload the body at night. The amount of food should be enough to satisfy hunger and at the same time not to overeat. Eating fatty foods at bedtime can strain the stomach. Light snacks between meals should be avoided.

A proper diet is one that listens to the needs of the body. You don't need to eat just because it's time to go if you're not hungry. Hunger is the signal that the body is ready to take the next portion of food.
