Cook Mushroom Salad With Potatoes And Eggs In Parmesan Baskets - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Mushroom salad with potatoes and eggs in parmesan baskets". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 5 medium-sized mushrooms or other mushrooms
  • 2 boiled whole and unpeeled potatoes
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1.5 tablespoons mayonnaise (from olive oil)
  • 150 grams of parmesan (100 grams for baskets and 50 grams for salad)

Method of preparation :

First make the salad baskets. Turn on the oven to preheat to 200 degrees and prepare cups with a wide bottom.

Grate 100 grams of parmesan (or use another hard cheese / yellow cheese). Spread it on a silicone base or a sheet of parchment in the form of circles, which you place in the already hot oven.

When melted, remove.

Once the circles have cooled a bit, separate them from the parchment/silicone, using a spatula. Place them on the bottoms of the inverted cups and wait for them to cool completely and harden.

This will make beautiful lace dishes for the salad you are about to make.

Arrange the finished baskets on a plate and deal with the filling for them.

Boil the potatoes and eggs, stew the mushrooms, onions and carrots separately.

Cut the potatoes into small cubes, distribute them on the bottom of the Parmesan cups.

Next is a row of fried mushrooms and stewed onions.

On them carrots and grated hard-boiled eggs and remaining Parmesan.

Finish this beauty with a little mayonnaise.

You can decorate with lettuce leaves and you are ready to serve.

Have a good time!
