Cottage Cheese And Fruit Pies

Necessary Products: 400 G Cottage Cheese (better With A Fat Content Of About 4%) 2 Eggs 1.4 Tsp Soda 260 G Wheat Flour 2 Apples (about 250 G) 1 Banana (about 120 G) 130 G Sugar Milk Or Cream For Anointing

Necessary products:

  • 400 g of cottage cheese (according to good with a fat content of about 4%)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1.4 tsp soda
  • 260 g wheat flour
  • 2 apples (about 250 g)
  • 1 banana (about 120 g)
  • 130 g sugar
  • milk or cream for spreading on pies
  • baking paper

Preparation:

Peel the apples and banana. Remove the core from the apples with the seeds and cut them into small cubes. Slice the banana as well.

Proceed to make the dough. Mash the curd well with a fork, add the eggs, baking soda and 4 tablespoons of sugar. Mix everything well with a spoon until bubbles form. First, add 1 teaspoon of flour and stir with a spoon. Then gradually add the remaining amount and knead the dough with your hands. It should be elastic (I will stick lightly on the hands). Shape it into a roll and sprinkle with a little flour. Cut into 16 pieces (maybe less).

Return to the fruit. Sprinkle the sliced apples with 4 tablespoons of sugar. Stir well.

It's time to make the pies. Give each piece of dough an oval shape, flatten and sprinkle with a little flour. The layer should not be too thin, because it can break during baking.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 190 - 200 degrees.

Pour the milk or cream into a small bowl, spread the pies, and arrange them in the pan. Leave some space between them. Bake them for about 25-30 minutes until you get a beautiful crust.
