Ingredients: 1.5 Tsp Cream With A Fat Content Of 30% 200 G Nuts Of Your Choice (hazelnuts, Cashews, Walnuts) 4 Tbsp Powdered Sugar 1 Tsp Kiwi Gelatin Preparation: Dissolve The Gelatin In 1 S.l. Water
Necessary products:
1,5 h. cream with a fat content of 30%
200 g nuts of your choice (hazelnuts, cashews, walnuts)
4 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 tsp. l. gelatin
kiwi
Preparation:
Dissolve gelatin in 1 tablespoon of water and when it swells, put on low heat and heat until completely dissolved. Bake the nuts for 2-3 minutes in a dry pan and grind or crush them. Leave a small part of them for decoration, and mix the rest with powdered sugar, cream and beat with a mixer until a thick foam. Add the prepared gelatin and beat for another 1-2 minutes. Distribute the cream in suitable bowls or cups and cool. Before serving, sprinkle with the nuts set aside for this purpose and garnish with a slice of kiwi.
