Mix the milk and butter, place on the stove, and wait for the mixture to boil. Then pour the flour into it and stir.

Remove from the heat, let the dough cool a bit (it should be warm), and pour it on a floured board. Knead and cool completely.

Finely chop the ham, finely grate the cheese and mix the two products. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.

Take a piece of dough, roll out a thin rectangle (2-3 millimeters thick) and form hearts of ham and yellow cheese on half. In the middle of each put a piece of tomato and cover with the free part of the dough.

Then cut a heart using the appropriate cookie cutter. If the edges do not stick together, pinch them with your fingers.

Dip the heart in beaten egg, roll in breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil until crispy. Remove on paper.

Make it crispy!
