The berries are composed mainly of water, contain about 15% easily digestible sugars, organic acids, minerals such as calcium, manganese, copper, phosphorus, iron and vitamins such as B1, B12 and vitamin C. Grapes have diuretic, laxative, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Thanks to them, it becomes an excellent opportunity to cleanse the body in one day.

  • Start the morning with a glass of grape juice. To do this, put 270 grams of beans in a blender and beat. Strain the seeds, husks and drink the liquid. It is good to be on time so that it does not oxidize from the air.

 

  • For lunch it is good to wash and eat 450 grams of grapes, as well as add citrus fruit of your choice. Eat slowly and do not rush.

 

  • In the afternoon, eat 200 grams of washed and dried grapes again, and for dinner, prepare 450 grams of fruit again, combined with skim yogurt. If you suffer from stomach problems, then peel the grapes and remove their seeds.

 

The diet is not suitable for people suffering from diabetes, as the berries are rich in sugar. Follow the regimen for exactly one day to get rid of the accumulated toxins and to renew your body quickly and efficiently.
