The purpose of the next diet is to use it to enjoy a tight and flat stomach , which should look the same, both when you stand up straight and when you lie on your back. Of course, such an effect is difficult to achieve without exercise, so we will offer you to use in combination with the diet. The flat stomach diet excludes salt intake and limits the products from which the belly grows. These are: white bread, pies, sweets, cakes. Try to eat regularly and less. Enough oranges, lemon juice and watercress salad on your table. Drink less coffee and more water.

The menu

  • Breakfast (choose one of the suggested options):

- a glass of diet yogurt, 1 orange;

- 1 soft-boiled egg, 2 crackers.

  • Lunch - 250 grams of chicken (without skin) or fish, a large portion of mixed salad.
  • Dinner - one grilled steak, 75 grams of cooked beans, 1 orange.

  • Lunch and dinner can be exchanged.
  • During the day there are two snacks, which include 1 bar of chocolate and a plate of lean soup.

The exercises

Sit in a chair, straighten your back, bend your knees and keep your feet pressed to the floor. Extend your arms forward, lower your chin, exhale, tighten your abdominal muscles and slowly lean to the floor. Inhale, exhale and return to starting position.

Do the exercise 5 times initially and increase gradually. The classic abdominal presses we know from school also help a lot.
