The liver performs a number of important functions in our body, one of them is the supply of bile to the gastrointestinal tract. Bile is produced by the liver, and then enters a special reservoir - the gallbladder. And from there, at the right moment, the required amount of bile is released into the intestines. At the same time, bile passes through special ducts - bile ducts that connect the gallbladder with the duodenum. A condition in which the normal outflow of bile from the gallbladder is disturbed is called biliary dyskinesia (Biliary dyskinesia).

Why does biliary tract dyskinesia occur?

Dyskinesia of the biliary tract can occur due to impaired motility of the gallbladder or the ducts themselves, as well as in connection with problems in the work of the sphincter (a special muscle located at the junction of the biliary tract and the duodenum).

The following can provoke the appearance of DVT:

  • improper nutrition
  • diseases of the gastrointestinal tract
  • helminth infections
  • hormonal disorders
  • stress

A distinction is made between dyskinesia with delayed bile secretion (hypomotor dyskinesia) and increased bile secretion (hypermotor dyskinesia).

Dyskinesia of biliary tract. Symptoms

A typical symptom of JVS is pain in the right side. It can be acute (with a hypermotor form of the disease) or aching, if there is a hypomotor JVSh. In addition, a symptom of dyskinesia is nausea, bitterness in the mouth, diarrhea or constipation, as well as fatigue and depressed mood.

JVSh is a non-fatal disease. But nevertheless, she is able to deliver many unpleasant moments. In addition, dyskinesia can lead to the appearance of other diseases of the housing system, for example, provoke the appearance of stones in the gall bladder. Therefore, the problem called biliary tract dyskinesia should not be ignored. It is better to take measures to eliminate it in time.

Diet therapy and dyskinesia

Diet therapy is one of the main methods of correcting the condition of the biliary tract. With the help of a diet, you can create favorable conditions for the work of the gastrointestinal tract and normalize the work of the bile ducts.

With dyskinesia of the biliary tract, first of all, fried, too fatty and spicy dishes, as well as smoked foods, should be excluded from the menu. It is worth limiting the amount of empty carbohydrates. It is also better to avoid food containing a lot of cholesterol, since cholesterol increases the viscosity of bile and contributes to stone formation.

With any variant of dyskinesia, it is prescribed to eat more vegetables and fruits. They should be part of the menu several times a day. But you should avoid irritating vegetables: radishes, radishes, onions, garlic.

Diet for hypermotor dyskinesia

First of all, it is necessary to reduce the consumption of products that stimulate the motility of the gallbladder and biliary tract. Such products include: dishes from fatty meats, cakes, dishes with a large amount of vegetable oil, hot broths.

But porridge is useful for people with gastrointestinal problems. It is especially recommended to use buckwheat, oats, wheat. Also, "owners" of hypermotor dyskinesia are recommended to eat grain bread, bread with bran and other foods containing magnesium.

Diet for hypomotor dyskinesia

With this type of dyskinesia, it is necessary to stimulate the secretion of bile with the help of food. To do this, it is recommended to add sour cream, butter, cream, and eggs to the menu. Porridge, fruits and vegetables will also help to normalize bile secretion in this type of disorder.

Drinking mode

Do not forget to drink liquid, about 2 liters per day. You can drink not only water, but also compotes, rosehip decoction.

Herbal infusions also help to cope with the disease. Usually teas made from corn stigmas, peppermint, and motherwort are prescribed. But alcohol, coffee, carbonated drinks provoke disorders of the biliary tract, so they should be excluded from the menu.

Usually, the use of mineral water is prescribed for DZVSh. A specific type of water is recommended by the doctor depending on the type of dyskinesia. But do not forget that mineral water must be without gas.

Peculiarities of food intake in case of gastrointestinal disorders

It is important to pay attention not only to what to eat, but also to pay attention to how to eat.

  • Fractional nutrition . If a healthy person can eat 3-4 times a day, then it is better for people with improper functioning of the digestive system to eat 5-6 times a day.
  • We reduce portions . The volume of one portion should be small.
  • Temperature matters . Too cold food and drink can provoke a spasm of the biliary tract. But the food should not be too hot either. It is optimal if the temperature of food and drinks is warm.
  • The degree of strictness of the diet depends on the condition . At the time of exacerbation, the diet should be stricter. After normalization of the condition, the diet can be almost canceled. But it's always worth remembering about food and not abusing spicy, fatty and smoked foods.

Use diet as a way to normalize the work of the biliary tract, and be healthy!
