Lunch : vegetable broth soup - 250 ml; steamed cutlets - 150 g, canned peas - 100 g; boiled potatoes - 150 g, a slice of white bread, jelly - 100 g.
Noon : semolina - 150 g, a slice of white bread, skimmed milk - 150 ml.
Dinner : steamed or boiled fish - 150 g; grated vegetables - 150 g; a hard-boiled egg, a piece of white bread, skimmed milk - 150 ml.
