The menu

First day - cleansing (loss of up to 2 kg):
  • 6-8 tablets of activated carbon;
  • 1 kg of apples (this is the maximum amount for the day, you can eat less);
  • at least 1 liter of water.

Apples contain a lot of cellulose and pectin. This allows them to remove pesticides, heavy metals, radionuclides and other harmful substances from the body.

Cholesterol levels are also lowered.

Activated charcoal has absorbent and anti-inflammatory properties, and together with the fruit effectively removes toxins.

Water is needed for "wet" purification, it also restores the lost reserves of fluid in the body.

Apples are eaten when you feel hungry, and activated charcoal is taken 1 tablet every 2 hours.

Second day - recovery (loss of up to 2 kg):
  • 600 grams of low-fat cottage cheese;
  • 1 liter of low-fat kefir / yogurt;
  • 1 liter of water.

Dairy products are useful for restoring the intestinal microflora. Calcium and potassium in them are needed for blood formation and to strengthen the skeleton. A lot of energy is spent on the assimilation of protein products.

It is not necessary to eat the exact amounts, they are the maximum allowed for the day. You can add cinnamon, vanilla or fresh green spices to the curd.

Third day - energy (loss of 0.4 - 1 kg):
  • 300 grams of raisins;
  • 2 liters of oshav;
  • 2 tablespoons honey.

The body must be saturated with carbohydrates. The listed products are sources of glucose, which do not form fat deposits, but release energy.

Raisins are best to be dark, and in oshava not to put sugar, and fructose, but not more than 2 tbsp. The fruits can be any.

Fourth day - building (loss up to 1.5 kg ) :
  • 1/2 kg of chicken (or turkey), steamed or stewed, add salt if desired;
  • minimum liter of water.
Fifth day - fat burning (loss up to 1.5 kg):
  • 200 grams of oatmeal
  • 1 kg of vegetables and fruits

Oatmeal is boiled in water without adding fat and sugar. Salting is allowed.

Vegetables and fruits can be prepared and consumed in any form, except fried.

It is not necessary to eat the entire amount of these products, it is the maximum for the day.

 And more:
  • During the diet you can drink water without restriction, but at least 1-1.5 liters.
  • It is desirable to take vitamins.
  • If for some reason you stop eating, start again from day one.
  • The diet is effective, but can be harmful in some cases described in the first part of the article.
  • In order for the results to be lasting, the nutrition after the completion of the "Ladder" should be correct and rational, not to forget the sport. In fact, it is the best recipe for keeping the body in great shape.
