Cereal diet is considered one of the most stress-free diets. It is satisfying enough and psychologically comfortable. However, it also imposes many restrictions. For a week you should forget about the consumption of salt, fat, meat (except poultry), sugar and alcohol. Its duration is 7 days, during which your weight will be reduced by 3 kilograms.

 

Cereals and grains that you can eat:

  • millet;
  • in;
  • brown and black (wild) rice;
  • oat;
  • orange lentils.

Excludes:

  • White rice;
  • semolina;
  • all cereals in the form of flakes for quick cooking.

All cultures are boiled in water without the addition of salt.

 

About the menu

(choose one of the suggested options for the respective meal during the day)

Breakfast:

  • buckwheat casserole and 1 egg, a cup of rosehip decoction or green tea;
  • brown rice porridge with dried apricots and prunes, a cup of coffee;
  • buckwheat porridge with mushrooms and soy sauce, a glass of vegetable juice.

Lunch:

  • cream of lentil soup, a slice of wholemeal bread, roasted chicken breast garnished with fresh tomatoes, a glass of vegetable juice;
  • chicken broth with rice or buckwheat, cheese salad, cucumbers and green onions with olive oil, a glass of vegetable juice;
  • soup of oats, potatoes and celery root, steak of your favorite sea fish with a garnish of lettuce and cherry tomatoes, a glass of decoction of dried fruits (oshav).

Snack:

  • slice of whole grain bread with cream cheese, a glass of kefir;
  • chicken liver and buckwheat bread, a glass of kefir;
  • a block of muesli with dried fruit, a glass of kefir.

Dinner:

  • boiled rice with shrimp and soy sauce, a cup of herbal tea;
  • spaghetti from unrefined bran bran with olive oil sauce, tomato sauce and garlic, herbal tea;
  • "crumbly" buckwheat porridge; herbal tea.

Once you are done with the diet, stick to a meat-free diet to consolidate the results achieved and maintain your new weight.
