Grapes have excellent healing properties, thanks to which the nutritional balance is normalized and the body is cleansed of toxins. For the diet, choose grapes with seeds, because they contain more polyphenols, which counteract the aging process.
In order not to bore the fruit, prepare delicious meals from it.
First day
The recipe - 150 grams of yogurt, 1 tablespoon of muesli, half an orange, 100 grams of dark grapes. You can also add roasted sunflower seeds.
The recipe - 250 grams of pumpkin, 100 grams of grapes, 150 grams of lettuce, 1 tablespoon crushed walnuts.
Cut the pumpkin into cubes and fry it in butter. Cut the grapes in half, cut the lettuce leaves, and mix everything with the pumpkin. In the oil, in which you have fried the pumpkin, pour 1/4 teacup of vegetable broth, add a little vinegar and mustard (this will be the salad dressing). Sprinkle with nuts. With such a salad it is not a sin if you eat two pieces of tender pork.
The recipe - 100 grams of white grapes, 50 grams of pineapple, 1/4 papaya, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1/4 cup water.
In addition - a piece of chicken breast.

Second day
150 - 200 grams of nonfat yogurt, 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Beat with a mixer and pour 150 grams of grapes.
Recipe - 5 tablespoons rice, 100 grams of grapes, 5 - 6 small shrimp. Boil the rice and mix it with the grapes. Lightly fry the shrimp in olive oil, season with salt and pepper, add to the garnish of rice and grapes.
Recipe - 100 grams of potatoes, 1 carrot, leek stalk, a little celery. Cut the vegetables, pour a glass of broth over them and stew under a lid for 10-15 minutes. Add salt and bay leaf to taste and season the finished dish with cream. After eating it, eat dark grapes.
Third day
Spread a whole grain bun with a thick layer of cottage cheese. Put 30-50 grams of grapes cut in half on it.
The recipe - 150 grams of sauerkraut, 1 onion, 300 grams of fish fillet, 50 grams of dark grapes.
Stew the cabbage with onions for 10 minutes in a little oil. Put the fish fillet, grapes on them and stew for another long time. Season with pepper.
The recipe - 5 grams of gelatin, 150 milliliters of grape juice, 50 grams of grapes, half an apple. < Soak the gelatin in a little water, then dissolve it in the juice. Drizzle the grapes and the sliced apple with it and put in the fridge for an hour.
Fourth day
Recipe - Spread a slice of wholemeal bread with 100 grams of cottage cheese, seasoned with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with green onions on top. For dessert - 100 grams of dark grapes.
Recipe - 2 - 3 tablespoons flour, 100 grams of water, 1 egg. Make a dough from these products and bake a few pancakes from it. Prepare a filling of 100 grams of nonfat cottage cheese, 1 tablespoon of mineral water and 50 grams of grapes. Sprinkle the pancakes with ground cinnamon.
The recipe - 50 grams of turkey breast, 100 grams of broccoli, 1 carrot, 50 grams of mushrooms. 2 tablespoons cream, 50 grams of red grapes.
Cut the meat into thin strips and fry it. Put the broccoli in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Grate carrots on a coarse grater. Cut the mushrooms in half. Put everything in a saucepan, pour half a cup of broth, and stew for 10 minutes. At the end of cooking, add the cream and grapes. You can also eat some boiled rice.
