Eggs Have A Negligible Effect On Cholesterol

A new study has shown that eggs do not affect the level of bad cholesterol, as doctors have long warned us.

A new study has shown that eggs do not affect the level of bad cholesterol, as doctors have long warned us. In the 1960s, the British ate about 5 eggs a week. The health authorities warned about the risks of hyperlipidemia and in the 1990s imposed requirements for no more than two eggs a week.

J. Gray and B. Griffin of Surrey University have shown that harm is just a myth. In fact, the saturated fats we eat with modern diets are dangerous.

Griffin even recommends that eggs be included in the menu of healthy diets. According to him, they are one of the natural products with the greatest nutritional value. The study is published in the British Nutrition Foundation's Nutrition Bulletin.
